Dabangg 2, the last big release of 2012, has managed to stir up quite a storm at the box office.
With its opening weekend collection (Rs.57 crores), the film broke the record of Salman's last release Ek Tha Tiger.
Certainly the film will soon be a part of the Rs.100 crore club.
A sequel to Abhinav Kashyap-directed 2010 blockbusterDabangg, the part two, said to be made at a budget of Rs.50 crore, marks Arbaaz Khan's directorial debut and repeated the lead pair of Salman and Sonakshi Sinha, while Prakash Raj replaced Sonu Sood as the villain
Dabangg 2 was released on numerologically weak date and it is sure to fail to a great extent at BO. The real collections would be shockingly low and as always, the makers will have to inject their own money in market to make the stats look better…… Shahrukh and Aamir did the same thing for JTHJ and Talaash. The real collections records are shockingly quite low…. it has been made to appear aroundRs.150 cr and Rs.70 cr respectively to save their prestige…… Real dabangg 2 collections are aroundRs.8 cr only….on its opening day….insiders have told us…
